Does Ashton Screen All Associates?
At Ashton, we screen every associate thoroughly before considering them for placement. We start with pre-application questionnaires, which we use to ensure applicants meet our minimum requirements before beginning the application process. Our applications include a summary of previous work experience, skills, and acceptance of workplace procedures, safety, and substance abuse policies. Upon completing applications, our candidates are then personally interviewed by one of our recruiters to determine their interests, goals, strengths, and availability. We then administer drug screens and background checks, and we check references as well.
